Appointment Information

In Office Appointments:

If you are scheduled to meet with your provider in office, please follow the building rules and wear a mask in all public areas, including the waiting room. If you have not been into the office before, please enter the building entrance on the side of Tap House Grill (look for a black awning that says "Washington Place"). Take the elevator or stairs up to the third floor. Our office is suite 321, at the opposite end of the hallway. You should see signs that will help guide you to our suite. If reception is available, please check in and take a seat. If the front office staff is unavailable, please take a seat and wait for your therapist to call your name.

Virtual Appointments:

If you have scheduled to meet with your provider virtually, please make sure you have the link a minimum of 1 hour prior to your appointment. When you appointment is booked you will receive an email with the link, date and time and instructions for how to go into the meeting. You will receive another link when your provider starts the meeting. If you have misplaced the email, please contact the front office during business hours to get the link resent to you.
